How we choose information
We prioritise official developer pages, published authority records and shareable project brochures and layouts. No resale listings or individual inventory from Sahil’s database are used, including anonymised unit stock or internal unit prices. Delivered projects are shown as developer portfolio history, not available resale listings. Private seller contacts, internal margins, bank details and confidential negotiations are excluded. Links appear beside the relevant public claims.
Status language matters
Delivered or ongoing may be a developer-reported classification. Where independently checked completion documents or current stock evidence are unavailable, the website says so. An announced project is not promoted for booking simply because a brochure or name exists.
The editorial review
This edition was reviewed on 6 September 2026. News entries show their source dates separately and are a curated reference desk, not a live feed. Undated pages are labelled. Historical market data is distinguished from current prices and actual investment returns.
Original identities
Developer logos are drawn from their official websites or official publications where identity could be established. Where an original logo or identity could not be verified, we do not manufacture one. Horizon’s card expressly uses the Belmond project identity.
