Your enquiry
Acres To Yards collects the name, contact details, property requirement and optional preferences you submit, plus your consent choices and submission time. Use the form only for a property enquiry; do not send identity documents, passwords or bank information.
How information is used
We use an enquiry to understand your needs, review options and contact you using your selected method. Site visits remain subject to direct confirmation. Optional promotional contact requires the separate unchecked opt-in. We do not sell enquiry data.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a private database outside the public website folder on Acres To Yards’ hosting account. Only authorised hosting administrators can access these records; there is no public visitor list. Our hosting provider processes information to host and secure the service; its infrastructure may operate outside your region. Technical access logs and an anti-abuse hash may be processed for security. Enquiry notifications are sent only to Sales@acrestoyards.com using our hosting provider’s email service. The hosting provider and our mailbox provider also process that message. No customer auto-reply or other CC/BCC recipient is added.
Retention
The application removes enquiry records older than 180 days when a new successful enquiry is processed. Staff may also remove records following a valid deletion request. This is not a promise of an exact automatic deletion time; records may persist until that maintenance occurs, and hosting backup retention can differ. Copies in the business mailbox and email-provider records have separate retention and must also be considered when handling deletion requests.
Your browser and optional services
The saved-project shortlist uses local storage on your own browser, not an account-wide profile. Clear it through the shortlist controls or browser settings. Optional map loading connects to Google Maps. Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp moves to the corresponding service and its terms. On the public website, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes page views, device and browser information, and measured interactions to help us understand website use. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website tag. Our tag does not send enquiry field values and removes query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer it supplies to Analytics.
