Homeland Global Park has a newly announced technical partner for its structural works. A 6 October report from Babushahi carries Homeland Group’s announcement that Ethimo will support grey-structure planning and execution at the Mohali development. The report describes a signing ceremony at Homeland Regalia involving the two organisations’ leadership and technical teams.

The developer’s own website identifies Global Park as a mixed-use project combining retail, business space and serviced residences. The new announcement concerns how part of that development is to be executed. It does not itself certify the construction already completed or establish when individual premises will become available for occupation.

For prospective purchasers, the useful follow-up is a dated, phase-specific progress statement. Ask which registered phase and buildings the partnership covers, which structural packages are included, and how the programme connects to services, fit-outs and statutory completion documentation. A contractor or consultant appointment can be meaningful without changing the delivery commitment in a buyer’s agreement.
