Visit the actual approach road and site. Observe access, drainage, traffic, noise, sunlight, surroundings and utilities. Separate what exists today from what is planned or promised.
Match the sample apartment with your own tower and unit plan. Ask which fittings are included and which are upgrades. Understand whether amenities are project-specific or shared with a larger township.
At possession, record defects and meter readings. Inspect doors, windows, seepage, drainage, electrical points and promised fixtures. Obtain keys, manuals and applicable documents; use a qualified inspector where appropriate.
A possession letter is not proof that every statutory requirement has been met. Keep outstanding work and agreed resolutions in writing.
