Start with why you are buying, where daily life or business will happen and what you can comfortably afford in total. Include purchase costs, furnishing and an emergency buffer before deciding the headline budget.

Shortlist a few suitable options, visit them and compare documents and costs before making a payment commitment. A resale purchase is not identical to an under-construction allotment; have a professional explain the sequence that applies to you.

Review the proposed agreement, understand every payment trigger and keep receipts and written commitments. Before possession, inspect the property and applicable approvals. Organise registration papers, transfers, utilities and maintenance records afterwards.
